I've found a good way to make my Dog Father lighter/faster is to cross-train with a heavier one-handed sword!

Actually after my wallhanger broke.. i've been using an old baseball bat! LOL
Will prolly Stay w/ the baseball bat until Dan releases a SY SWORD!!

The Romans used to train that way.

They trained with swords ~twice the weight of a standard sword.
