Hmmmm... I don't really care one way or the other about spiders except I hate when they make webs in my house and I hate getting a face full of web strings when in the yard or woods.

Snakes on the others hand - I HATE. I have justified thousands of dollars towards guns and "tools" specifically for use to kill snakes.

I have gotten to where I "TRY" not to kill non-poisonous snakes. But, there are a LOT of water-moccassins and copper-heads where I live. About 9 out of 10 snakes I come across is one of those two. And I don't like them.

Water-moccassins are (can be) particularly aggressive.
