Oh man you had to ask... Well it goes something like this. My name is Eric which somehow lotsa people like to say enrico which formed into rico. And of course there was that lame song rico suave in the early 90's. Rico slowly turned into Suave. I used to do some online gaming and when I couldnt get just suave I added the Grand to the Suave. Now I use it for most of my online names cause it just stuck.
