Looks familiar.

I didn't hate the thumb ramp on the S5. But, I felt I would prefer it without. The thumb ramp placement wasn't so bad, but I find thumb ramps generally restrict thumb placement and movement. Inevitably, I find it to be in the way at some point or another and I don't find I need a ramp for control.
To me, while ramps can be OK at times if done right, I find the cons to outweigh the pros for my uses, so mine is gone on one of mine already and when comparing the two, I do prefer the S5 without quite easily.

But, I have some other mods started and in the works.....
