I finally broke down and did the full convex on my Waki. I did not strip it, but just ground the blade. I see that "The Mark of the Rodent" is on the blade. Only those destined for 'vexing get this sacred mark. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />







I finished up with a Scotchbrite finish to hide some of the flaws. It isn't perfect, but it will do. The hamon line is not visible.
