Hello All,

It has been a while, but I do check in everyday. I just can't seem to get things under control. I however was able to get some new blades, one I got last September but never posted a pic.

My Hudson knife from ML Knives. Pitman knows the quality of this maker and all I can say is that he goes above and beyond! I already chopped with it last week through old, dry wood - as old as me in fact and it went through without problems and quickly. No pic's though.

Specs: 8 1/8" long and is about a hair over 1 5/8" wide at the widest point, 3/16th thick and about 13" overall. The handle is black walnut and pins are brass.

Compared to a well used old friend.

Went to a rendezvous yesterday and picked up this tin and fatwood. This is my new kit, which I am getting better at using the flint and steel.

My father used this pocket knife in Vietnam. It is a Queen's Cutlery, which i had admired since I was a child. He used it for everything along with a fixed blade. He decided to give it to me last week as he no longer uses it. He said at least I will use it, he is right.
