That's interesting and a bit cryptic; could the "Men Of Honor" and "Cubera" relate to the movie, perhaps they were considered for Navy divers? Then again, I've still never found out the story behind the "EH3" Mini Mojos and Mini Uncle Mojos. I own one of each and am as in the dark as the day I bought them.
I looked at the description again, and it indicates the knife dates from the '90s. The movie "Men Of Honor", starring Cuba Gooding Jr. was released in 2000, so the dates for that relationship don't match up.
One may as well speculate that it was made for one or more graduates of The University of Virginia and Jerry is referencing "The Honor Men" by James Hay Jr. The name "Battle Mistress" was derived from Walt Whitman's poem, "Pioneers! O Pioneers!" (
