Thanks guys, we were really lucky to get the house, if we hadn't been the first people to look at it we wouldn't have. We had a very conservative budget as I'm in the construction trades and frequently laid off but it actually came in about 30 percent less than we had budgeted.. (A VERY good thing for the knife and ATV fund)

The only downside is the 60 miles each way to work! And I've been on 12hr shifts for almost a year.
But it's only 25-30min to the City (Saint John) and 10 min to the regional airport so DEFINITELY worth the drive.

I guess the only other downside is I don't have a garage yet, but the new bike is just great at dragging trees across the yard as I make room for one.
