I'm glad both that it passed, and that it was a bipartisan effort. Both parties should be looking out for our freedoms, regardless of the goofy polarizing with-us-or-against-us stuff that gets spewed at us by the media.
It's a small victory, but I'll take anything I can get at this point. Maybe one day they'll take the wiretaps off our phones and I'll be able to build a shed in my backyard without getting permission first....

While I am pleased with the "ruling"... I am disturbed that it ever got as far as it did....I don't count it as a victory, but rather a "no loss scenario"... I am not celebrating..but instead, wiping my brow... good news over trumped by the affirmation of an anti-gunner in the supreme court....
