Howdy folks! It's Christmas here so I thought I would share what I've done with some of my gifts.

First, there was this tree. It was only two days dead. Mesquite is the devil.



So, Gerber hatchet vs CS Machete vs SY Dogfather. Note: Machete has HD magic.

Tree: Mesquite, 5" of Hell. Try it. I dare you.
Times: Gerber = 2:20; Machete = 2:15; DDF = 2:30 (fatigue may have played a role)

I highly recommend it. The blades were pretty much free of wear afterwards.
