Most everything I would personally use a knife for involves hunting, fishing or cooking.
My personal vote would be for a field craft type knife, a fishing knife, a folder or possibly a survival knife

How about a
Small Knife Field Set!!! - Stout 2.5-3 inch triangular skinner w/gut
- Thin 3-4 inch caper/paring knife
- Thin 5-6 inch fillet.
All in a nylon or leather combo sheath or pouch
Can I hear some oooo's and ahhhh's?
