Welcome Sportsnut. You will love the S5. They are great knives. The Dumpster Mutts are no longer on sale but you can get one on the secondary market fairly easily but for a higher cost. Blade Forums is the best place to go to look for Scrap Yard knives that are no longer offered. See the sticky link at the top of the threads page for information on how SY knife sales work. Basically, they put a knife up and make it available for a period of time, then they take it down and it is no longer available. So, you have to get them while they are available at the ScrapYard store or go to the secondary market. You can also check E-Bay.
