The only knife that has come from the yard that I didn't like is the scrap muk. I am sure that design has its uses, I just don't like it as well as a bowie type blade.
I felt the same way. I found SYKCO and fell in love with their knives, but at the time the Muk was the only one for sale, and I passed. Came back and found the S5, before I got it I started regretting not buying the Muk, so I picked one up off the secondary market. I love the Muk!! it's a very useful blade, a do-it-all! I don't think anyone who has a Muk doesn't use it.
