In most cases it is caused from grinding in the stock on a magnetic surface grinder. We have to demagetize mostly all our parts when they come off the
surface grinder.Its not from some mysterious pole alignment built up in the
steel or some kind of alien static charge that is bonded into the
knives!!! HA HA!! Hope i didnt ruin it for yall!!
If it goes on a magnetic surface grinder or magnetic sine plate it will become
magnetic!!
