If Dan had released a Scrapper 5 in SR101 with a satin finish and no LE numbers I would have been just as happy. Maybe future knives from Scrap Yard will have that option.
After using and abusing the m9le in satin SR101, I don't think I would buy another satin SR101 knife any time soon. It's an awesome blade, but it definitely gets rust stained pretty easily. I think I'd prefer my SR101 coated from here on out. It might even be worse than 1095 in regards to rusting, and every single piece of 1095 I own is coated, for good reason.
