I hear you, life never slows down. I am aspiring to own a sail boat myself some day, many years from now when the kids are out of the house. Good Luck on the mortgage and selling of the boat.
Well it just so happens that I have one for sale. I can personally vouch for its quality.
In all honesty we just don't use it enough anymore to justify its ownership. It was great to sail the thing through the great lakes, Erie canal, and down the east coast. However, we haven't taken her out in 9 months. She just sits tied to a dock. So hopefully someone will come along who will treat her right.
