Those look like game eggs to me.......am I right? What kind of chickens are you raising? I only ask because I grew up working on a game fowl farm.
The brown eggs are from my Rhode Island Reds and the greenish/blueish eggs are from my Americanas. I also have a Black Star that lays smaller brown eggs. The eggs are sooooo good.
Funny story...
People at my office figured out how dang good free range eggs are and beg/bribe me for eggs. They do the same with venison, too! I'm sitting here saying "Ok... These idiots are willing to pay me with rum and cash for stuff I do for fun? YES!"
If I wanted to I could probably sell those eggs for $5 a dozen to the people at work. I have 9 birds and get about 5-7 eggs a day.
Most of the time I'm nice and give someone a half dozen once a week.
