Nice!!! The conversion is whats leaning me off of the stock saigas but i still want a S12. The forums say it's easy but then they toss in a few variables which is where i start to wonder about the DYIing thing. Still can't deny that it looks like a sweet piece to have if the zombies come a knocking. Also if you need to open something that just won't seem to open...

So how did you like doing the conversion and do you think it was worth it? And when i ask that I mean would you do it again? I ask because I know I could do it but it seems to be such a rainy day project that it means "one day" I'll get around to it. Or maybe ever...
