Right on M/M!!! Jerry even encouraged imposters to do their dirty work, as a form of "fun". <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I don't see the fun in confusing and misleading folks, but it's his Ganza! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> And I'm going to try anyway! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
I actually really enjoy the shenanigans. I didn't at first, but I have opened up to the utter ridiculousness of it.
I have accepted that ridiculous is part of the ride when it comes to Busse stuff. Honestly, NOT ONE SINGLE INFI blade I own is worth what I paid for it. Realistically, I could get the same performance for the tasks I use knives for, at a fraction of the price. So when I pay the big bucks for INFI, it's done for reasons that are not at all practical or reasonable or sensible. And the way Jerry runs his business is not practical or reasonable or sensible. And NOTHING about ganzaaaaaaas is practical or reasonable or sensible.
HOG Treachery is amusing. In the case of this free ganzaa it's a little different, but for a regular ganzaa it's the very definition of absurd. I mean, people going to all this effort to trick one another... for the right to what? BUY an incredibly over-priced piece of steel. It's theater of the absurd, and I have come to embrace it.
