The crash axe for sure has a cool factor to it!! I had one for close to a year. It would punch holes thru metal drums, an ironing board, a car fender, etc... It even was a decent thrower!! The real issue I had with it was the lack of swell near the bottom of the handle. It is a heavy piece of equipment and when you chop with it, it has a tendancy to want to come right out of your hand. I did enjoy the time I had with it, it was a real crowd pleaser and everyone wanted to throw it or try it out. I simply found my CS Trailhawk was more of a user and the crash axe was being left at home.
