Yup, 98-2002 Honda and Isuzu collaborated on the Passport/Rodeo platform.

This one's a 2002 Honda Passport EX-L, which means leather, power moon roof, upgraded stereo (this one has an aftermarket CD/MP3 player 6 speaker), power options, shift on the fly 4wd, all the bells & whistles, etc.

It rides great on the highway and gets about the same mileage as my V8 T-bird LX (20 mpg).
