(Micarta) HRLMs were $10 less than RMDs, at $128.95; I got a G10-handled one in shadow camo at the last Knob Creek for $138.95. Comparing RMDs with HRLMs is a lot like comparing Dumpster Mutts with Yard Keepers; they're both EDC-class knives, but are different in character. My personal preference is slightly in favor of the RMD, although the shorter-bladed HRLM is perhaps more practical to carry.

I found a post on BF where someone remembered RS IIs going for $68. Of course, it's been a long while since Shakers were available, so there might be some inflation.
