The temperature wont be a problem even with a standard oven. Having a good way to press the the kydex down around the blade can be a problem. TM,I'll be doing it at home in the oven.I've read up on sheath making on BF.Lot of good info there.I've got some 3/4" foam that withstands the heat and 2x8s for the press.I like the clam shell style like steelnuts.I saw someones with shallow cut outs in the sides for wrapping cord,looked like a good idea. So super glue works on kdex huh.I was wondering about a way to attach dif. colors/designs like some of David Browns. SYKCO JYD#112 It's better to have it & not need it, than to need it & not have it.
