Not really, man - I think Res-C is better suited for knife handles, not blades. A 12" Res-C blade would be to weak and wouldn't cut a thing. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

But I on a serious note, I think with Dan's heat treatment a 12" Res C blade could work.
