I don't have a Larkspur, but use to carry a similar bag for my EDC. Ultimately I didn't care for it, because if called upon to actually use the gear in my EDC I might be running - and the shoulder bag design slams into your side like a pendulum.

One caution on MaxPed products: they all seem larger in the pictures than they are in "real life". I recently bought my wife a Octa waist pack for use while hiking and camping. It looked large enough in the pictures, but is so small a USGI canteen cup can barely be squeezed inside the main compartment.
