I've said it before. Dan business ethics are rare in todays Cutthroat gimmie gimmie gimmie business profit world. He DOES care about us, and not just as dollar signs. I mean he could have said the handle is fine, buy it or don't. He didn't. He found a way to make it "our way" and still give us a good price. Yes, volume buying often times does lead to discount pricing for the purchaser. BUT most of the time the company does not pass the savings along the way Dan does to us.
