Surely this knife will eventually make it into the store. It's just too nice not to. I like the extremes more that those in the middle. I like the DFLE for a big knife, and the 154CM "Picnic knives" for everyday cutting chores. With the Busse heat treat, that 154CM is a true high performance stainless steel.
