I ordered it Sat, Mar 13, 2010 11:23:21. I think I sent in my proof of service the next day, and got a response that the discount was applied.

that will be about 7 weeks in a couple of days, I bet it wont be to much more, But I don't have anything to back that up. You can think about it this way, they started sending them out immediately and didn't wait for orders to be completely filled. That's good right?
I got my order in about 2 weeks after yours. I was so late because I wasn't going to get one initially, things are tight now but I got some overtime.
