You are 100% correct! I'm out in Archer but lived in Gainesville for most of my life. My address is Archer but its really closer to Gainesville than Archer.
that's funny. I lived up there for 5 years right off 16th and 441. Right across from Shands
If you came back you wouldnt know where you were. They've demolished and rebuild so much stuff in that area you'd be lost. Its pretty much new apts and Shands built a whole new building on the south side of Archer road. The VA is expanding and JP Gators and Guthrie's is also closed down now too...
