If you are planning on going to the Blade Show we need some information from you.

We need you to send an e-mail to Renee at renee@scrapyardknives.com that includes the following:

1. Your "real" name i.e. Dan Busse
2. Your "forum" name i.e. Dumpster Dan
3. Will you be coming to the Induction Dinner? i.e. Yes
4. How many people will be joining you. i.e.= 5 (wife and 4 kids)
3. Have you been inducted before i.e. No
4. If the Answer to the above question was "No"...Would you like to be i.e. Yes

Please send this to renee@scrapyardknives.com as soon as possible since we are putting the details together for the Induction Dinner
