The unglued plastic insert Doesnt fit in all the way and is very tight Cant lay velcro over one another I need the choil piece to fit so the velcro can be strapped Wow you got one from the friday batch looks like. Yeah the insert will pull out.It looks like they have too much glue puddled up under the overlap,should be an easy fix.you might try cutting the corner of the insert or heating it up & reshaping it to get the guard or thumb ramp to fit.I cut the corner off my 6" insert to get my hook to fit.
