Today, Tuesday, Patty and I got back from Mingo and when I checked the mail there was a USPS package in the mailbox. opened the package and inside was a NEW, UNUSED MPLE #105! This is the knive Jim offered me.

Some of you might remember a while back I talked about getting one of two knives. One was offered to me by lazi and one by Jim. Well I went into why I wound up choosing the WD from lazi and told Jim why I would have to pass on his most generous offer.

There was also a note from the "unknown" purchaser stating that he hoped I would enjoy this GIFT! AND Jim added his own words saying a fellow dog bought this knife from Him and wanted it passed on to ME!

I have my thoughts on who might have bought this but then again, they might have just got my address from Dan or another Dogs I have given my address to. I would LIKE to find out who did it, but if I did that may detract from the pleasure they got from making this anonymous gift. So going on that thought, I submit the following.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the second "GIFT" I have received, the first being the challange coin from Bushy. It make me proud, VERY proud to be counted in a group of such generous, kind and friendly folks as everyone here in "The Yard". No matter what I may wright, my words can not express the gratitude, pleasure and warm feelings I have.

So, THANK YOU, whoever you are and I will try and "pass it on", pass on the good deed to someone else, that you have done do me.
