I don't mind the OS that much even if you can't right click or eject a disc with just the push of a button.

You obviously have not looked at Macs in a long time, like 10 years based on your description of the problems you had with your friend's Mac. They have had the ability to Rt-Click since OS X came out. They also have an eject button on the keyboard to eject discs. BTW - Legally, you cannot run OS X on anything but a Mac. Ask Prystar about that.

Most people don't use there computers to do much more than surf the web, email, and write documents. Both platforms do that equally well, but most people, after a few weeks, find the Mac OS friendlier than Windows. It all depends on your personal background and skill level.

Windows machines are more popular because Microsoft sold the OS to everyone and their mother and has been dealing with the issues that came with that. There have been many studies done that show Macs are more expensive in the beginning, but save money over time in less IT maintenance.

I'm biased, but then so are you. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> We both prefer one OS over the other for our own reasons and that is good.

BTW- I absolutely LOVE the Chicken con Broccoli at Olive Gardens. Yummm!
