Technically garbage is not public domain until it has been physically removed from the owners premises and placed into a public area (landfill). The inital trash is still the legal property of the original owner. ( Based on my own business issues I know this <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> )


This is obviously a supported move and the whole dumpster diving thing is marketing, I think that any cease and desist would cause a....
