I've picked up many Chopweilers at Knob Creek, but have always put them back on the table. The handle looks good and some people love it, but it just doesn't feel right in my hand. As I recall, they were priced about $200 at the last show; I was sorely tempted because they had 'em in Bama Clay, but I think the Dog Father is a better chopper at $140. If you missed out on the DeRegulator, that was a fantastic deal with a sheath; hopefully, you got in on it. The Scrapizashi should be coming online at Scrap Yard soon.
Another knife well worth consideration if you want a chopper is the Bushwacker Mistress -- Busse Combat took them off their knives page when they put up the Killa Zilla II CG, but BWMs still show up as options in their online store. I'm a big fan of the BWM, having bought 6 CGs and 3 Competition Finish versions -- they're lighter and far more nimble than a standard Battle Mistress, but plenty heavy enough to do a job. The design is very nearly a the same blade as a Dog Father, in INFI, and with some of the most comfortable machined handles to come out of the Busse shop -- what's not to love about that?
