El Caca - same thoughts here. After watching the videos, I spent quite a while thinking about the punishment my blades might have to endure during some cataclysmic event. Very quickly afterward I made a decision to "go all Bussekin" for my fixed blade needs. Been working toward that decision since. In fact, I'm down to only one non-Bussekin fixed blade (a SOG Seal Pup). My wife keeps that in her desk at work, because we wouldn't feel overwhelmed by the loss should someone steal it. Eventually I imagine she'll end up with a S5, DM, or similar in her desk though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> .
