Well...I stopped by my trusty Specs and picked up one of my favorites (Patron XO Cafe - think Khalua on steroids) to mix up with one of my other favorites (Tito's Vodka! - I support local!). Now, I have to admit...I make caucasians a little differently than most. No half and half for me. I use a 50% mixture of 2% milk, with 25% Vodka / 25% Coffee Liquor. It makes for a much more "liquid" / flowing drink that just doesn't feel as heavy...but keeps all the tastes.
