Sorry, realize it's a serious Q. I personally wouldn't have any issue with it, but if you are concerned, you might want to look for an uncoated blade (LE, satin, double cut, stripped) on bladeforums, at a periodic "ganza", at a future offering, and/or get one yourself at Blade (or see if someone is willing to proxy).
