I forgot one question, where does it balance?
In my not so scientific test, just behind the finger guard is where I can get it to balance.
I can see military personnel loving this knife. C/Os will not find it intimidating and it is thick enough to use. It is a handy knife and I can see it mounted easily on body armor.
In a leather sheath it would probably only get a casual glance from passerbys in the woods.
