Nice collection there. As for sharpening, I was never able to get those hair popping edges until I got a belt sander with multiple belts. 120 - 600, then to a leather belt with green compound. The only thing I would like to get is a rheostat to slow it down some.

But,,,, I saw recently the Wicked Edge sharpener and it looks very interesting. Does anyone have any experience with this system? Although it is not for convex edge.
