you have to worry about getting flamed on this forum I don't think. at least I haven't seen it happen yet. I understand you wanting the knife to be right and nobody will blame you if you it's not up to par. It happens... I myself had a bit of a gripe and I regret not giving them a second chance to follow through on this statement made by Jerry Busse.

Contact the shop FIRST. Give us the opportunity to look at the problem and to fix it. If we DO NOT fix the problem or are so drunk that we refuse to assist you, (This has NEVER happened) then you can bring it to the forums and feel free to vent.

Given the proper tools, it does not take much to destroy a great knife. Given the internet, it does not take much to destroy a great reputation.

We have NEVER left a customer unsatisfied, when given the opportunity.





I actually believe that statement is from the heart of the Busse company and I kinda regret not giving them another chance.
