Dan, I did not try to order another Wardog. That being said, I want to Commend you for your action! NO WHERE does it say that you will pay for an employees mistake, but to me this just reinforces the desire to continue promoting your knives to everyone that asks me about fix blades.
This ain't gonna be cheap and again, it just brings to the forefront the desire you have to please your customers, your EXTENDED family and friends, to truly make them feel like they are family.
