I'm thinking he concocted this evil plan to sabotage the Swamp and acquire some desperate Rats defecting from the moss ridden stumps over yonder. Seems it is working...that, and he also found a bunch of Scrap SR101 for his new blades!! BRILLIANT!! All this time he's been quiet, but the Dogs know he's hard at work. Again, Welcome to the Yard!
