I just received a package from the yard and can't wait to get into it. First let me say a Big Thanks to Renee who I contacted about getting a couple of scrap yard knives recoated and as always she comes through with the goods. I have a scrapper 6 and a SOD that I got on the secondary market and both had been stripped of their coating, they both looked good but I really like the coating on the SY knives and had to check about getting them redone in the original black finish. I think the yard did a fantastic job and they look as good as an original and they even put the logos back on, I didn't take pictures of the SOD before refinishing because I sent it out as soon as I received it but you'll see the difference in the scrapper 6 and as they always say "Without pictures this thread is useless" here they are.
