If he was to break it a year from now, that warranty will be in the form of store credit, the 511 will have to be replaced through secondary market.

Back to OP question, for $100 why not grab another, just to have. I've held the 511 but I like the S5 better.

Is that true for just Scrapyard, or all Bussekin? That's a real bummer if you were to break a blade that you bought through the exchange that you paid 100s of dollars more for, or if you broke your favorite blade. Then again, how often does one break a BusseKin beyond repair?

I thought they kept blanks of all blades just in case.
