It's going to be a Birthday dinner and dessert provided by my loving sister.

My mom "rest her soul" always made my favorite dinner for my birthday.
Every year when we lived within driving distance of each other.
Stuffed meatballs,Mashed potatoes and corn.

Make a flat thin burger patty ad a golf ball sized amount of herb stuffing "already made not dry" close the patty leaving the size of a fingertip open and face up in a baking pan.
Smother in cream of mushroom soup 2 cans and only 1 can of milk. Mixed first of course. That makes the gravy for the mashed potatoes.

CRIPES it is good!!!

For dessert not a B-Day cake,not a fan of cake,but a strawberry cheesecake!!
