I don't care if someone like cats or hates them.
If you don't want a cat in your yard, then hit it with a bucket of water, spray it with a hose.
Pepper spray it if you are that desperate (if you don't want to talk to your neighbours or trap them).
But there is no excuse for animal cruelty.
