Well about as fast as most other revolvers, swing out cylinder, but with 2 and a half inch shells, how fast can you shuck them into those holes?

Oh, and for any that may not know, a .410 shotgun shell and a 45Colt shell are the same outside diameter and the barrel on both weapons are rifled.
