A saber grind is where the part of the blade grind near the spine is straight and then transitions into a bevel of some sort closer towards the edge. For instance in Skunk's picture I believe they are all saber ground.

There is also "full flat" which means the same angle goes all the way from the spine to the edge bevel, or full convex where the convex angle keeps going all the way to the spine.
