IF the folks truly have a mental problem that is no fault of their own (taking to many drug overdoses, etc) I don't actually have a problem with them. But those that are "Messed up" because of substance abuse and those who are just mean, I don't have time for them and they should be removed from society.

And Yeah, with my Muppy, I don't need the 311. BUT the 411.... We'll see.
